Nestled between cosy bars by the river side, The River Mill wedding venue quaintly resides by her big sister, The West Mill an arm stretch away.

I love this venue for it’s outdoor area, right by the river. (I swear Derby doesn’t take enough advantage of it’s river side. That’s coming from a Ex-Derby university student!)

This place was a strong contender for my own wedding. All in one room, cosy atmosphere. Charming high ceilings, plenty of space to breathe. We love it here.

Our luxury vintage photobooths suit this venue so well because like the River Mill, we’re crafted from real vintage pieces. Our booths will stand out whilst also perfectly fitting in.

FAQS: Where do you usually set up?

• Infront of the main entrance doors - the advantage of there is that it’s within the moving flow of the space.

• By the back door near the dance floor - the advantage here is that guests can dip in and out of the booth without going too far from the party.

FAQS: WHAT TIME TO RUN IS BEST?

• I think when evening guests arrive is a good time, or after the cake is cut.
